About Preble Medical Services Inc

Mary Ann Preble founded Preble Medical Services, Inc. in 1983. Initially, Preble Medical provided paramedic exams for life, health, and disability insurance for the local area.

In 1989 drug and alcohol testing was mandated by the federal government for both the rail road and federal motor carries. Mary Ann branched out the business to include Third Party Administration.

2008 saw yet another expansion when Preble Medical became the North Dakota branch for APPS paramedical company, providing paramedic insurance exams throughout the state of the North Dakota.

Our corporate office is located in Mandan with satellite offices in Fargo, Dickinson, Minot, Stanley, Williston, and Watford City.

Preble Medical provides Third Party Administration services throughout the state of North Dakota, parts of South Dakota, Minnesota, and Montana.

Our office has also expanded to do DNA paternity, background checks and educational training.
