Preble Medical Services Inc has a wide variety of additional services to provide your company or government agency in regards to substance abuse testing. We have been conducting tests for clients in North Dakota since 1995, and our experienced professionals can address all your concerns and questions about our testing policies, protocols, and practices.

We get GC / MS confirmation for all positive screens and release all positive results to you within 48 hours of receiving the specimen. 95 percent of all negative results are released the same day the specimen is released.
Only 1.5 inches or less of head hair or any length of body hair is required for testing.

About Preble Medical Services Inc
Mary Ann Preble founded Preble Medical Services, Inc. in 1983. Initially, Preble Medical provided paramedic exams for life, health, and disability insurance for the local area.
In 1989 drug and alcohol testing was mandated by the federal government for both the rail road and federal motor carries. Mary Ann branched out the business to include Third Party Administration.
2008 saw yet another expansion when Preble Medical became the North Dakota branch for APPS paramedical company, providing paramedic insurance exams throughout the state of the North Dakota.
Our corporate office is located in Mandan with satellite offices in Fargo, Dickinson, Minot, Stanley, Williston, and Watford City.
Preble Medical provides Third Party Administration services throughout the state of North Dakota, parts of South Dakota, Minnesota, and Montana.
Our office has also expanded to do DNA paternity, background checks and educational training.
