Preble Medical is proud to now offer background checks!  Background checks should be completed prior to the job offer being made or the job offer should be contingent upon a satisfactory background check and negative drug test results.  Your policy and procedure manual should have a section for background checks and any prospective employee is required to sign a "Disclosure" form, authorizing the background check.
